- You have full rights to all photos you upload
- Photos are of yourself or a consenting adult who has authorized you to create AI-generated images of them
- No minors appear in any uploaded photos
- Photos do not contain illegal content, violence, or non-consensual imagery
By uploading photos, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents and rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate images of anyone without their explicit consent
- Create deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery
- Produce content depicting minors in any context
- Generate illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
- Impersonate others for fraudulent purposes
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to use these photos solely for training your personal AI model.
Generated Images
You own the AI-generated images created from your personal model. You may use these images for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.
Our Service
The Service, including its technology, software, and branding, remains our property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Pricing
Current pricing is displayed on our website. Prices may change with notice.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
One-time purchases: Contact us within 7 days if you're unsatisfied with results. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Cancel before renewal to avoid charges.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain consistent service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
9. Disclaimers
AI Output Quality: AI-generated images vary in quality. We do not guarantee specific results. Quality depends on training photos and other factors.
No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Third-Party Platforms: Your use of generated images on other platforms is subject to those platforms' terms. Some platforms require AI disclosure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenMe Creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenMe Creators, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of the Service
- Content you upload or generate
- Your violation of any third-party rights
12. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- Your AI model will be deleted
- Generated images may be deleted after a grace period
- No refunds will be issued for violations
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State/Jurisdiction].
