Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Photos
Your uploaded photos are used exclusively to train a private AI model that generates images of you. We do NOT:
- Share your photos with other users
- Use your photos to train general AI models
- Sell or license your images to third parties
- Use your likeness for any purpose other than your personal generations
4. Data Retention
Training Photos: Deleted within 30 days after your AI model is trained, or upon your request.
Generated Images: Stored until you delete them or close your account.
AI Models: Your trained model remains available while your subscription is active. Models are deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal and business purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform:
- Clerk: Authentication and user management
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Secure cloud storage for images
- RunPod: AI model training and image generation infrastructure
Each of these services has their own privacy policies and security measures. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
